1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using the ThryvLink HR Suite (the "Service"), you agree to
be
bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use
the
Service.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are
solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for
maintaining
the confidentiality of your password. We strongly recommend enabling Multi-Factor
Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security. You agree to notify us immediately of
any
unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of the Service
Our Service allows you to manage human resources functions, including but not limited
to
employee onboarding, document management, timesheet tracking, payroll processing,
and
client invoicing. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in
accordance with these Terms.
4. User Content and Data
You retain all ownership rights to the content and data you upload to the Service,
including employee information, financial data, and client details ("User Content").
You
grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, use, store, and process your
User
Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of
all
User Content. You agree that you have obtained all necessary consents from your
employees to provide their personal information to the Service.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services to provide its full functionality.
Your
use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
- Stripe, Inc.: We use Stripe for processing payroll and online
invoice payments. By connecting your financial accounts, you agree to be bound
by
the Stripe
Connected Account Agreement.
- Other Services: The Service may use other third-party APIs for
features like address autocompletion. We are not responsible for the performance
or
policies of these third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, ThryvLink HR Suite shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues,
whether
incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any
material changes. By continuing to use the Service after changes have been made, you
agree to be bound by the revised terms.
