  • Company & Financial Information: To use our services, administrators provide company details such as address, phone number, EIN, and payment information (Example: bank details for invoicing, Stripe connection for payroll).
  • Employee Information: You and your employees provide sensitive personal information required for HR and payroll functions, including names, addresses, Social Security Numbers (for W-4/I-9 forms), banking details for direct deposit, and uploaded documents (Example: IDs).
  • Client Information: We collect information about your clients, including names, addresses, and contact details, for invoicing purposes.
  • Timesheet and Payroll Data: We collect data on hours worked, pay rates, and other details necessary to process timesheets and run payroll.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the platform, process payroll, generate invoices, manage employee onboarding, and store documents.
  • To Improve the Service: To understand how our users interact with the platform and to make improvements.
  • For Security: To protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks, including the use of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • To Communicate With You: To send important notifications, such as password resets, MFA reset links, and system updates.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf.
    • Stripe, Inc.: For processing direct deposit payroll and facilitating online invoice payments. We share necessary company and employee financial data with Stripe for these purposes. Their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy.
    • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Our application infrastructure and data storage (including sensitive documents) are hosted on AWS S3. AWS provides robust security measures to protect this data.
    • Email Providers: For sending transactional emails (Example: invitations, password resets).
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Within Your Organization: Information is accessible to users within your organization based on their assigned roles (Example: an admin can view employee data).

5. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and we rely on the secure infrastructure of AWS S3 for data storage. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using the ThryvLink HR Suite (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We strongly recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

Our Service allows you to manage human resources functions, including but not limited to employee onboarding, document management, timesheet tracking, payroll processing, and client invoicing. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the content and data you upload to the Service, including employee information, financial data, and client details ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all User Content. You agree that you have obtained all necessary consents from your employees to provide their personal information to the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services to provide its full functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

  • Stripe, Inc.: We use Stripe for processing payroll and online invoice payments. By connecting your financial accounts, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
  • Other Services: The Service may use other third-party APIs for features like address autocompletion. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThryvLink HR Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. By continuing to use the Service after changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
